Ahh ok , I had those to start with but it gave me an align time of 3.9 instead of 3.6 - maybe it didn't take the stacking penalties in to account.

Thanks ! , that pretty much confirms what I thought and will need to bust out that excellent repair plan to at least get to -2 as I already have diplomacy at 4 so start training it to 5 and just follow the guide. Cheers.
